Hi, I’m Ankita, a counsellor, intuitive healer, and the heart behind Divinely Guided Soul. My journey began with a deep transformation from emotional pain and spiritual awakening, leading to the discovery of the sacred link between mind, body, and soul.
Through a blend of psychology, energy awareness, and lived experience, I help you understand your inner world, heal unprocessed emotions, and reconnect with your authentic self.

A major turning point in my journey was what many call a twin flame connection. This relationship didn’t just bring love — it brought intensity, reflection, and truth. It mirrored back my deepest wounds: abandonment, unworthiness, fear of rejection, and my habit of shrinking myself to be loved.
Through this connection, I began to see:
My twin flame journey cracked me open. It forced me to confront the shadows I had avoided, the patterns I had normalised, and the pain I had buried. Instead of seeing it as a love story, I began to see it as a soul classroom — one that pushed me toward inner child healing, shadow work, boundaries, and radical self-honesty.
As my inner journey deepened, I felt called to understand the mind with as much devotion as I understood the soul. I chose Counselling Psychology to study trauma, emotions, relationships, and the quiet patterns that shape our lives.
In my work and writing, I blend psychological wisdom with spiritual tools — because true healing touches mind, body, heart, and spirit.
I support your inner child, your shadow, and the parts of you that were silenced or ignored — not to blame the past, but to reclaim the pieces that got left behind. I also invite body awareness, because emotions don’t just live in the mind; they live in the body.
My mandala art is a living part of my healing approach. For me, mandalas are meditative mirrors — a quiet return to centre and a reminder that wholeness can be rebuilt one breath, one line, one layer at a time.
